Fear has a way of making us think too far ahead into the future. Filling us to the brim with dread, giving worry an inroad leading directly to our house. Sometimes, anxiety tags along—joining the party of despair. Before we know it, we find ourselves paralyzed by the many “what if’s” swirling around in our minds and become emotionally held hostage by fear.
By retraining old patterns of thinking, we can look forward to our futures, no matter what happens in the world around us!
